Where can I get my music box repaired?

We refer our customers for Repairs to...The Music Box Repair Center Unlimited.

They are the authorized USA after market parts & service provider for Reuge, Romance, Thorens and other musicals.
They have decades of experience repairing music boxes, and we have personally worked with them for the past 20 plus years.
We are not responsible, however, for any additional damage incurred during repair. 

Repaired items are not covered under our standard one-year warranty.

Replacement Parts

Do you sell replacement parts for music boxes and other collectibles?

Yes!
You may purchase a musical mechanism for $14.95 plus $7.50 for shipping.

Appraisals

Do you appraise collectibles?

No.
We are unable to provide appraisals for collectible merchandise. 

Shipping Information
Most orders are currently shipping USPS Priority Mail.

Excluding Rhythm Clocks.

We ship Monday thru Friday, same day or following day excluding weekends.
An Email with a tracking number is sent to you within 24 hours of ship time.

 

Next day or over night shipping is not available.
UPS and Fed EX shipping is used only for a few select drop ship orders.

 

Return Policy


We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us
within 30 days of purchase for an exchange of equally priced merchandise or refund of product cost and associated taxes. 
Freight is non-refundable.
The following guidelines must be followed to be eligible for an exchange or refund:

1) You must contact The Music Box Company first to alert us for the return.

2) Items must be returned in their original condition, packaged exactly as they were shipped and with original packing materials and documentation. (original product box, certificates, etc.) Items returned without being packaged properly will not be refunded. Example: item placed into box without care to original placement for item protection, or loss of certificates of authenticity will not be refunded.

3) The merchandise box must be placed inside another box with adequate packing materials to insure the item is not damaged in return shipment. We recommend saving the original shipping box and packaging materials for return shipment.

4) Please call (800) 588-1712 for an RMA # or email for RMA#.

If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong items, you must first contact our Customer Service team.  Please provide your name, order number and a request for refund or exchange. (800) 588-1712

Please allow 30 days for your exchange or return to be received and processed.  We strive to process all exchange and return requests within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned product.

We are not responsible for lost returns.  While insuring your package is optional, it is highly recommended.  themusicboxcompany.com is not responsible for the cost to insure returned items.
