The finish is a hand buffed, high gloss that shows off the wonderful grain of this box. The interior is a soft tan color with a ring holder. The removable cover over the mechanism allows you to be able to watch the musical mechanism play. The mechanism is protected under Plexiglas. Mechanism color may vary.
